Vlaamse Druivencross, Overijse, Belgium.
It was cold and wet in Belgium today. For much of the afternoon I worked with only seven fingers, as I waited for the other seven to come back to life. Cold and wet is what cross is all about though, and it was a great day on a bafflingly complex parlours which looped and doubled back on itself all over the side of a Flandrian Berg. The captions take up the story of the Elite Women and Men’s races.
