WMCCL, Shelsley Walsh, Worcestershire
This week, Cyclocross Handbook went to the West Mids league at Shelsley Walsh. The course was a very hilly, grassy one, with the stand out feature being the big climb in the last part of the lap. The faster riders were managing to ride it despite the luxurious and very healthy looking thick grass which made keeping any momentum a real challenge. The first National Trophy of the season is next weekend, so riders showing good form here are likely to be in contention in Derby. Cyclocross Handbook will be at the National Trophy, so be sure to look out for that report coming after the event.
